Cookery Demonstrations Master Class Tuition
I’m Clover Hutson, experienced Food Demonstration Chef; as one of the country’s top cookery masterclass chefs I have delivered food demonstrations and tuition for thirteen years nationwide.
Specalising in accessible, easy, healthy “try at home” recipes that are designed around the whole family being involved, as a mum of two I believe it’s important to involve the whole family in cooking. I am very lucky in my job that I get to teach children and families how to cook healthy, delicious food.
I participate in two major government campaigns: ‘Change for life’ and ‘Love Food Hate Waste’ my key roles include: planning and designing menus whilst delivering entertaining and informative demonstrations to the client’s specification. These take place in a variety of locations across the country ranging from town centres, stately homes and schools.
My role to the client includes: Identifying key messages and maintain brand integrity, stage management to ensure smooth running of the demonstration programme and management of multiple theatres and chefs. I work closely with my clients to ensure absolute success.
I am fortunate to work with some fantastic brands as a demonstrator such as: Tenderstem, Napoleon Barbecues and Broil King Barbecues all of which I deliver to a high standard to ensure success in their brand promotion.
We also run masterclass workshops, these can range from any kind of cookery, children’s classes can be adapted to baking, molecular science and basic cookery. Adult classes range from, knife skills, basic cottage industry skills, molecular workshops, pasta making to name a few. These programmes can be adapted to suit any location, style of show and level of experience.
